Our turnkey rentals almost always come with tenants and property management in place. So all you end up doing is taking over a series of cash flows.
Private money loans are the most underrated forms of investing. Especially from us, we offer a fixed 10% return on asset backed loans. This means your return isn’t tied to the ups and downs of the returns from the property but the property does hedge it against a loss. Our private money lenders go on the title of the property as a lienholder just like the bank would if they were lending on the property. So you get the best of both worlds.
